Due to the situation created by COVID-19 (the Coronavirus) and following guidance from the Lamont Administration, CDR’s physical office will be closed until further notice, but the entire staff is working remotely. We will be available during regular hours via email and phone and will be using video-conferencing capabilities when appropriate. We are monitoring the situation, and we will resume our regular operations at 369 Highland St., West Haven, and 36 Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton, based on recommendations from federal and state agencies.
