Helping Each Other Succeed

Helping Each Other Succeed (A Support Group of the Center for Disability Rights) usually meets from 1:30 to 3 p.m. the second Friday of the month at the Center for Disability Rights, 369 Highland St., West Haven, CT  06516. (Call or email for possible changes.) If you have attended in the past and are on the mailing list, you will be notified of future changes.

Helping Each Other Succeed is a cross-disability support group that offers speakers, group discussions and raps, and other social activities for people regardless of age or the type of disability. Occasionally the group has outings or field trips to Disability Expos or other cultural events.

Each member becomes a consumer of CDR with personal goals around self-advocacy, community advocacy, and social participation.
