It was a night for celebration for members, staff, and supporters of the Center for Disability Rights.

The non-profit organization that advocates for the disabled marked its silver anniversary this week with a 25th annual meeting and awards banquet at Westwoods-Italian American Club.

About 100 people attended.The organization was founded in the New Haven area by a group of individuals with disabilities.
